In the summer of 2023, our office will move to a new location at 6452 Central Park Blvd on the south side of Abilene, Texas. When we move, we will begin operating under a new firm name, William Madison Advisors, Inc. With this change, we will update our logo and launch a new website. However, while our name is changing, our commitment to providing comprehensive wealth management solutions with individualized service is not changing. |

When Cary Beard purchased the firm from David Carter in 2018, he created a new legal entity, which he named William Madison Advisors, Inc. Owned solely by Cary Beard, the firm has continued to operate using the name of Carter Asset Management since that time. |

Who is William Madison? Where did the new name come from? |

The name "William Madison" is derived from the middles names of Cary Beard's two grandfathers - Joe William, a farmer, and Fred Madison, a blacksmith and welder. They were two hard-working men whose lives were dedicated to serving others. Inspired by their legacy of hard work and service that impacted generations, William Madison Advisors will continue to operate in a way that honors a strong work ethic, servanthood, and integrity. |
